We are proud to introduce our Charity Care program, designed to offer medical services to patients on government assistance. This program reflects our dedication to helping those in urgent medical need have access to quality healthcare. Charity Care Services: Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for our Charity Care program, patients are required to show proof of government assistance. This requirement is in place to ensure that we are assisting those who need it the most. Acceptable forms of proof include documentation from programs such as SNAP, TANF, or a Medicaid denial letter. ​ Limitations: Please CALL AHEAD before arriving to ensure you can save a spot since we have limited appointments available daily. Our Charity Care services are available daily from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Please do not reserve your spot online as those are for cash paying patients and those with health insurance. ​ What to Expect During Your Visit: You will receive the same high-quality care as all our patients. Our compassionate and skilled medical team will address your health concerns with the utmost respect and professionalism. All in-office tests will be included as part of your free visit.
